There is taken of everie prisoner (being able to paie) which is
not committed as a vagrant, att theire discharge - xvid/
which the underkeeper hath for keepinge a booke
and his attendance on them./
And for them that are Comitted as vagrants or strudie
beggars there is noe Fee att all taken./
