Return of the number of Houses built since January 1849, the number of Houses being built,
length of new Streets Roads and Squares (in Miles) since 1849, average length of Night duty Beats
in January 1849, average length of Night duty Beats in January 1855, the number of new Beats formed
since January 1849, or Beats extended, from whence Constables taken to patrol the new, or extended
Beats, and the additional number of Police required to afford the same protection as in 1849.
